1. Acceptance of terms
Apna Kam Hoga website, Apna Kam Hoga, Payment QR या अन्य tools इस्तेमाल करके आप इन Terms & Conditions और हमारी Privacy Policy से सहमत होते हैं। यदि आप सहमत नहीं हैं, तो services का उपयोग न करें।
2. Nature of services
हम self-service digital utilities उपलब्ध कराते हैं। Generated output की accuracy आपके द्वारा दी गई information पर निर्भर करती है। हम किसी सरकारी संस्था, bank, UPI app या card-issuing authority का प्रतिनिधित्व नहीं करते।
3. User responsibility
- सही, कानूनी और authorized information ही दर्ज करें।
- किसी अन्य व्यक्ति या organization की identity, logo या data का unauthorized use न करें।
- Generated ID card को सरकारी पहचान पत्र या official authority का substitute न बताएं।
- Download/share से पहले सभी details, amount और recipient को verify करें।
4. Payment QR terms
Payment QR केवल standard UPI payment request तैयार करता है। Payment customer की approval और UPI PIN के बिना पूरा नहीं हो सकता। Amount editing, app compatibility, settlement, refund और transaction status payer/receiver bank तथा UPI service provider के control में होते हैं। Receiver को अपने bank/UPI app में payment receipt independently confirm करनी चाहिए।
कभी भी UPI PIN, OTP या banking password इस website या support के साथ share न करें।
5. Content and intellectual property
Website design, original templates, text और code applicable intellectual-property laws से सुरक्षित हो सकते हैं। User द्वारा upload की गई photo, logo या content की ownership user के पास रहती है; user उस content को process करने की अनुमति देता है ताकि requested output बनाया जा सके।
6. Availability and changes
हम services को improve, update, suspend या discontinue कर सकते हैं। Internet, browser, third-party library, hosting या bank/UPI system से जुड़ी interruptions के लिए uninterrupted availability की guarantee नहीं दी जाती।
7. Disclaimer and limitation
Services “as available” basis पर दी जाती हैं। कानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, गलत user input, unauthorized use, printing differences, failed/incorrect payments, third-party app behavior या indirect losses के लिए Apna Kam Hoga जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा। उपयोग से पहले output की suitability verify करना user की responsibility है।
8. Changes to these terms
इन terms को समय-समय पर update किया जा सकता है। Updated date इसी page पर दिखाई जाएगी। बदलाव के बाद website का उपयोग जारी रखना revised terms की acceptance माना जाएगा।
